Reds boss reviews winger swoop options

Reds boss reviews winger swoop optionsChelsea's Victor Moses and Fiorentina's Adem Ljajic have emerged as targets for frustrated Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers.

The Anfield manager is understood to be annoyed at the club's owners, Fenway Sports Group, for failing to push hard enough to sign Chelsea-bound Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala. Rodgers is looking to fill the gap in his squad left by the

departure of Stewart Downing and is looking at a clutch of available widemen, including Moses who now looks to be surplus to Jose Mourinho's requirements at Stamford Bridge. The 22-year-old Nigerian is a player Liverpool looked at when he was at Wigan Athletic and he is understood to be interested in the opportunity to follow ex-team-mate Danny Sturridge to Anfield, given how well he has doe since he left west London. Ljajic, 21, is a talented Serbian who almost joined Manchester United as a youngster but has developed well at Fiorentina in Italy. He is in the last year of his contract and believed to be available for transfer in this window, although there are some doubts about his attitude having previously fallen out with his ex-coach Delio Rossi who thumped him in the dugout
